The
Saskatoon Symphony Society exists to provide a professional orchestra,
which fosters and promotes classical music to enhance the artistic, intellectual
and social life of our community.
The Saskatoon Suzuki String Program Inc. has been nurturing violinists,
violists, cellists and double bass players using the principles of the
Suzuki method since 1986. The SSSPI is a registered charitable non-profit
corporation overseen by a board of directors made up of parent volunteers
and its member teachers. The SSSPI is a member group of the Saskatchewan
Orchestral Association.
Gustin
House presents
recitals and inter-arts events in celebration of the legacy of the distinguished
musician Lyell Gustin (1895-1988).
A non-profit organization and registered charity under the name
Gustin/Trounce Heritage Committee Inc.,the organization also supports
young musicians through scholarships, fosters musical life and cultural
education, and maintains the heritage-designated Gustin property at 512
Tenth Street, Saskatoon.
